Shipping Policy

At Pickasso Antiques, we aim to ship all orders within 2 business days after payment is received.

We are committed to sustainability and use recycled boxes and eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible to reduce our environmental impact.

Every item is carefully inspected and securely packed to ensure it arrives safely. Delicate, fragile, or high-value pieces may be placed in larger boxes with additional padding for maximum protection during transit.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We ship Australia-wide and can arrange international shipping on request.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Pickasso Antiques, we want you to love your purchase.

We accept returns only if the item received is not as pictured or described.

  • You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item.

  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided.

  • Items must be returned within 2 business days and in the same condition received.

 

Once we inspect the returned item and approve the return, we will process a refund (excluding original shipping costs) or arrange an exchange.

Change of mind returns are not generally accepted but may be considered.
